Bad Week At The Office For Twyford
 Twyford Ladies played the Surbiton Branch of the Royal British Legion this week losing the match by 49 shots to 64.  Two of three matches were very tight with Twyford losing the other one heavily.  Twyford skips first.

In the second game of the week, Twyford lost out in a mixed friendly match to Palmer Park.  The final score, 79 shots to 71 in favour of Palmer Park.  Twyford won on three rinks but did not do enough to win the match.  Twyford skips first.

Twyford Win Promotion in Over 60 League
Congratulations to Tony Pranglen and his team of bowlers who gained promotion to Division 1 of the Kennet LX League after a fine season finishing only one point behind the champions, Palmer Park.  Twyford had some notable wins including wins over their near rivals, Wargrave and Woodley.  A mention must also go to Bill Robinson who continued to choose winning teams w hen Tony was absent through illness.  Well done Twyford.
 
Hedges Cup Success for Twyford
In the annual cup match between Twyford and Wargrave for the Hedges Cup, Twyford regained the trophy winning the match overall by 109 shots to 97.  John Moule was the hero of the evening winning on his rink by 18 shots.  Twyford skips first.

Twyford Ladies Shoot Down Bracknell 
Twyford Ladies have had some success recently and this continued into their most recent game against Bracknell.  Twyford won by 67 shots to 33 a resounding victory.  Pearl Leavey and her rink had an outstanding match winning their game by 26 shots.  They were supported by the other two skips, Jenny Couper and Gill Allum who both also won on their rinks to give Twyford a clean sweep.  Twyford skips first.
